Returns & Order Support
Because most pieces are vintage and one-of-a-kind, all sales are considered final and we do not offer refunds.
That said, I truly want you to love your piece. If your order arrives damaged, there’s an issue with your item, or something genuinely doesn’t feel right once it arrives, please reach out within 30 days of delivery and I’ll always do my best to help find a solution.

Each piece is carefully sourced, restored, photographed, and described as accurately as possible. Minor signs of age and wear are often part of the character of vintage jewelry and are not considered defects unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received: unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if:
- your item arrives damaged
- you received the wrong item
- there is a significant issue not disclosed in the listing

Exchanges
